FAQ

Do you allow Pets?

Sorry, no. This is so we are able to enjoy and protect the abundance of wildlife here at our Retreat.

We are members of The Wildlife Land Trust. Being part of this organisation means we are trying to conserve our bush property and by doing so, creating a safe habitat for the wildlife.  We ask that you don’t collect fire wood from our property or neighbouring National Park.

How long have you been in business?

We bought and moved to Kookaburra Creek in 2010, and have been developing the business since this time.

Before we took over Proprietorship, my Father ran Kookaburra Creek as a Retreat for 10 years.

Prior to my father’s involvement, my husband’s family owned, built and lived at Kookaburra Creek, since 1977.

A special place which has remained in the family for 40+ years!

Anything up to 18 guests can be accommodated, depending on how many share beds/or rooms. There are also some sofa beds for extras.

4-5 families fit comfortably.

There are enough separate bedrooms to accommodate 5-6 couples.
